As a certified Experience STAR Facilitator at Reverse Academy by Performance Solutions, Andy works with top brands to deliver consistently memorable customer experiences. Previously, as a facilitator at FOCUS Adventure, Andy conducted over 300 corporate programs across the Asia-Pacific region.
