Vivek K has experience working as a Recruitment Lead at RighIT Solutions LLC since December 2019. In this role, they are responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for the fastest-growing service line within the company, focusing on technical candidates who also enjoy the consulting aspects of the role. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Nityo Infotech from July 2017 to November 2019. In this position, Vivek conducted regional training needs assessments and developed an annual recruitment training program for recruiters across different time zones.

Vivek K completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amity University during the years 2011 to 2015.
