Jose Garcia-Guerrero is an experienced Emergency Medical Technician currently employed at Riggs Ambulance Service/ SEMSA since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jose held various leadership and mentorship positions at Calvin E. Bright Success Center, including Orientation Leader, Event Coordinator, Success Mentor, and Summer Bridge Student Mentor from April 2019 to August 2022. Additionally, Jose served as President and Secretary for Chicano/Latino (as) in Health Education and held the position of President and National Liaison for Delta Epsilon Mu, Inc. from February 2019 to May 2022. Jose began the professional journey as an Avid Tutor at Merced Union High School District from August 2018 to May 2019. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology Pre-Health from the University of California, Merced (2018-2022) and a high school diploma from Merced High School (2014-2018).
