Adam Fern is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in technology and startup environments. Currently serving as Product Lead and a founding team member at Proof of Play, Adam focuses on developing engaging on-chain games. Previously, Adam held the position of Director of Product at Better, managing growth product teams and fostering partnerships. As Co-Founder and CEO of Broth Baby, Adam established a bone broth production company, emphasizing quality sourcing and direct-to-consumer sales. Adam also contributed as Chief Adventure Officer at Sabbatical and as VP of Product & Special Projects at LSQ, where modernization of customer services was prioritized. Early career roles at Square included Head of Product for Square Capital, founding team member of Cash App, and Risk Analyst, all of which involved creating effective risk management tools and customer onboarding processes. Adam earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Brown University, graduating magna cum laude.
