Alix Parsons is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher at Ridgefield School District since July 2022, where skills in applying the ADDIE methodology are utilized to enhance curriculum effectiveness through collaboration and feedback. Prior experience includes teaching positions at Gilbert Public Schools, where technology and best practices were integrated to boost student engagement, as well as a long-term substitute role in the Eastmont School District for both third grade and kindergarten. Alix has showcased instructional strengths as a substitute teacher across grades K-12 and developed engaging materials as a 2nd Grade Student Teacher. A Master of Education in Learning and Technology was earned from Western Governors University, following a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Central Washington University. Alix also has experience in program assistance and camp counseling, highlighting a strong commitment to student engagement and educational excellence.
