Celia Mills is currently the Administrator of Patient Care Services at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital, a role they have held since 2016. Previously, Celia served as the Director of Care Coordination and Community Health at the same institution from 2014 to 2015. With a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science from California State University-Dominguez Hills, Celia has extensive experience overseeing various patient care operations, including acute inpatient services, rehabilitation, and community health initiatives.
