Bahadır Bozkurt is the Founder Director of the Technology Transfer Office at İstanbul Yeni Yüzyıl Üniversitesi since April 2022, responsible for overseeing key modules defined by TUBITAK, including project development and intellectual property management. Prior to this, Bahadır served as a Senior Researcher at İstanbul Arel Üniversitesi Polimer Teknolojiler ve Kompozit Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi from October 2018 to March 2022, managing financial and technical aspects of a project focused on advanced engineering materials. Bahadır's experience also includes roles as a Researcher at Doğuş Üniversitesi, a Quality Engineer at Ballı Metal, and a Senior Cost Analyst at MARTUR FOMPAK International, with early internships at various companies, including Renault Group. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, a Master of Engineering from İstanbul Gedik Üniversitesi, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
