Project Manager at RideCo

Will Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Will is currently working at RideCo On-Demand Transit as a Project Manager since February 2023. Will was also a Baseball-Student Manager, responsible for revamping the team's marketing program, promoting brand awareness, and assisting with alumni and donor relations from February 2014 to June 2015. Additionally, they served as a Building and Event Supervisor for Campus Recreation, where they supervised employees, managed facility operations, and addressed challenging issues between patrons.

Early in their career, Will gained experience as an Intern with the Santa Barbara Foresters. In this role, they coordinated advertisements, managed social media accounts, and handled customer service during games.

Overall, Will Proctor has a wide range of experiences in project management, data analysis, transportation planning, communications, marketing, and operations.

Will Proctor has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics and History from UC Irvine, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Will later pursued a Master of Public Policy degree in Transportation Policy at UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, from 2019 to 2021.
