Emily Richards, CPA, CMA has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 at Tembec as an Accounting Clerk. Emily then worked their way up to becoming a Junior Accountant and later an Intermediate Accountant. In 2014, they joined the Town of Caledon as a Financial Analyst, where they held various roles including Senior Financial Analyst in Development Charges, Finance and Infrastructure Services, and Taxation. In 2018, Emily moved to Well.ca where they worked as a Senior Accountant until 2021. Currently, they are serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at RideCo. On-Demand Transit starting from November 2021.

Emily Richards, CPA, CMA, completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting at Nipissing University. Emily attended the university from 2006 to 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, Emily pursued a CMA Designation from CMA Ontario, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained the Competent Communicator Award from Toastmaster International in January 2018.
