David Krattli has a diverse work experience in customer service and management roles. David currently works as a Customer Service Leader at Ride1UP since February 2023. Previously, they were the Head of Customer Service at GEN3 from March 2021 to October 2022, where they managed the customer support team and developed a certified pre-owned ebike program. Before that, they worked as an Office Manager (Seasonal Contractor) at H&R Block in 2019, where they managed and grew the tax office while achieving high customer satisfaction scores. During their tenure at Specialized Bicycle Components from 2006 to 2009, they served as a Sales Representative responsible for sales and training in assigned territories. David also has experience as a Substitute Teacher at Mount Diablo Unified School District in 2005 and as a Sales Representative at Cyclone Bicycle Supply from March 2005 to October 2005. David's earliest managerial experience was as a Store Manager at Bicycle Centres of Everett from 2002 to 2005, where they oversaw day-to-day store activities, trained employees, and drove store revenue.
David Krattli attended United Bicycle Institute from an unknown start year until 2014, where they studied Custom Bicycle Design and Building. In 2012, they also briefly studied this subject at United Bicycle Instatute. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1994, they attended the University of Washington, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography with a focus on Chemical and Physical aspects. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Oceanography degree with a specialization in Physical Oceanography from the same university.
