Jeff Tepper, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Ricoh USA, Inc. since September 2021, and previously held the position of Senior Technology Portfolio Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager, Channel Marketing at Resideo, managing a team responsible for a $200 million portfolio in the Professional Security and Connect Home business following Resideo's spin-off from Honeywell. Tepper has extensive experience from Canon USA, where roles included Senior Manager, Product Marketing, and Manager, Product Marketing, contributing to market expansion and the development of strategic partnerships. Early career involvement at Allianz Partners focused on product marketing and the digital transformation of travel insurance products. Tepper holds an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Business - Marketing and Management from the University at Albany.
