Bill Fetzer is an accomplished service manager with extensive experience in the office technology sector. Currently serving as Service Manager at Office 1 since May 2017, Bill oversees technology solutions for a diverse client base of over 40,000 across California and Southern Nevada. Prior to this role, Bill held multiple managerial positions at Ricoh Americas Corporation from April 2006, including Field Technology Service Manager and District Technology Service Manager, and previously served as Field Technology Service Manager for Ricoh USA from August 2008 to July 2014. Bill’s career began at KONICA MINOLTA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS U.S.A., INC., where responsibilities included Field Service Manager and Branch Service Manager from 2000 to 2006.
