Ron Schellevis has extensive experience in learning design and technical training, currently serving as the Director of Learning Design and Technology at Ricoh Europe since January 1996. In this role, Ron oversees learning design, development, and innovation across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, Ron managed the Production Printing Academy and the Technology Learning Department, leading a team responsible for delivering technical training to Ricoh engineers and partners. Prior to Ricoh, Ron worked at Fokker as a Technical Instructor, providing global training for avionics and electrical systems, and held positions related to avionics engineering at Koninklijke Marine. Ron's educational credentials include studies at Anthony Fokker School, Wapentechnische School, and Han Fortman College.
