Neil Crocombe has held various roles in the IT and service delivery industry, starting as an IT Support Analyst at UK Mail in 2002. Neil then progressed to become a Departmental Controller at Gala Coral Group before moving back to IT as an Onsite Team Lead at Intrasource. Currently, Neil serves as the Regional Service Delivery Manager at Ricoh Europe.
