Ian Cromack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and project delivery, currently serving as the Northern Regional Manager at RICO LOGISTICS since December 2019. Responsible for overseeing technical delivery teams across Northern England, Ian ensures operational efficiency for high street retail and hospitality outlets. Previously, Ian held roles such as UK Project Manager as a self-employed professional, and National Manager at Daisy Group, where management of the Fujitsu break fix team was a key responsibility. Further experience includes acting as a TUPE Representative at Fujitsu, leading the East Midlands break fix team, and achieving SLA and budget targets as an Operations Manager. Ian is also a trained Lean practitioner, dedicated to improving processes within mobile workforce operations. Education includes a City & Guilds qualification from Leeds College of Building.
