Bailey Flatt serves as the Controller at Rick's Barbecue since September 2020, while also holding a position as a Staff Accountant at Hughes Parker Industries, LLC, beginning in August 2016, where additional responsibilities included serving as an Accounting Assistant. Educationally, Bailey Flatt obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from Western Governors University between 2019 and 2020, after completing an undergraduate degree at Martin Methodist College from 2015 to 2019.
