The Program and Operations Management team at Richstone Family Center oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the agency's wide range of services designed to support families and prevent child abuse. They ensure that programs run efficiently and effectively while meeting the needs of the community, manage staff and resources, and work to secure funding and partnerships to sustain their operations. Key members include the Chief Clinical and Programs Officer, Director of Programs, Senior Director of Development and Operations, and Case Managers, all working collaboratively to deliver and improve services across multiple sites.
