Shafy YEN-YU C. has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. Starting in 2011, they had a student placement at Pfizer, where they gained exposure to personal development, sales, and product management.

From 2018 onwards, Shafy joined Richmond Pharmacology, initially as a Clinical Trials Associate and subsequently served as an Associate Clinical Compliance Manager and Clinical Compliance Manager - Team Leader. In these roles, they managed project timelines, budgets, and resources, provided training and supervision to team members, ensured study compliance with GCP, protocols, SOPs, and regulations, and collaborated with stakeholders for high-quality clinical standards.

Throughout their career, Shafy has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate clinical trials from start-up to closeout, implement process improvements, and prioritize timely and effective monitoring.

Shafy YEN-YU C. obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Pharmacology of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MSc) from King's College London in 2015-2017. Prior to that, Shafy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Taipei Medical University in 2008-2012. Additionally, Shafy has obtained various certifications, including ACRP Clinical Research Knowledge Assessment (CRKA) and a Certificate of Achievement-VIARES Academy Program Clinical Research Associate in 2023, a Certificate in Essential GCP - Essential GCP for Investigators from Brookwood Global in June 2022, and other certifications in fields like data management for clinical research and Chinese language teaching. Shafy also holds a Pharmacist Certificate from the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Taiwan since 2012.
