Tahlia Costa currently serves as a Duty Manager, Receptionist, and Lifeguard at Mitchell Shire Council since June 2022, and holds the position of Internal Functions Officer at Richmond Football Club since the same month. Prior experience includes working as a Food Production Worker at Barry Callebaut Group from December 2021 to March 2022, and as a Food Service Worker at CJ's Fish and Chippery from August 2018 to January 2021. Educational qualifications include pursuing a Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) at Swinburne University of Technology from February 2023 to March 2026, and completing a Diploma of Sport (Sport Development) and a Diploma of Leadership and Management from February 2022 to November 2022.
