Michael Lansing

Advanced Emergency Medical Technician at Richmond Ambulance Authority

Michael Lansing is an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician currently employed at Richmond Ambulance Authority and UREMS, and serves as a Field Training Officer at Tuckahoe Volunteer Rescue Squad. Responsibilities include responding to life-threatening emergencies, operating emergency vehicles, assessing patients for immediate care, and documenting medical records. Additionally, Michael holds leadership positions as Co-Chair of Membership at Tuckahoe Volunteer Rescue Squad and as a member of the University of Richmond Student Conduct Council, where involvement includes evaluating conduct violation cases. Michael is also a cadet in Army ROTC, recognized with multiple awards, and has contributed to humanitarian efforts during the Afghan refugee crisis as a Patient Tracking Specialist. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Richmond, Michael has obtained certifications in Advanced EMT and Emergency Medical Technician.
