Binu Nair currently serves as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Richelieu Foods since August 2024, focusing on frozen pizza manufacturing. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Chicagoland Food Science Foundation since September 2022, Binu Nair contributes to initiatives promoting the food sciences and supporting professionals in the field. Prior experience includes the role of Director at Edlong from May 2016 to July 2024, overseeing food safety and quality for a century-old flavor company, and a position at Kraft Heinz Company in quality management for North America. Binu Nair also held the role of FS & QA Manager at Enjoy Life Natural Brands, achieving high certification standards and implementing effective quality systems. Earlier career roles include Quality Systems Supervisor at John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. and Assistant Quality Assurance Supervisor at Fresh Express. Binu Nair's educational background includes postgraduate studies in Environmental Science and dual degrees in Agriculture and Law from Goa University and Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyaapeeth, respectively.
