Jill Hicks is an experienced Human Resource professional with a solid background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resource Director at Richardson Sports since February 2023, Jill previously held the same title at ENTEK International from July 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Supervisor at McKenzie Willamette Medical Center from December 2018 to July 2021, and earlier roles as a Human Resource Generalist and Safety and Compliance Coordinator at Franz Family Bakery. Jill has expertise in employment law, hiring practices, ADA compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration, and has contributed to the development of HR policies and procedures throughout a diverse career in the field. Education was completed at Umpqua Community College.
