Tom Moroni has extensive experience in project and construction management, currently serving as RCI Major Projects Manager at Richard Industrial Group since November 2015. Prior roles include Large Capital Project Manager at Phillips 66 and Op Ex Large Capital Project Manager at Flint Hills Resources, demonstrating a strong track record in managing significant projects. Tom's experience also encompasses being Project Executive at PBF Energy Company LLC and Construction Manager at Motiva Enterprises LLC. Beginning a career as Project Manager at Premcor/Valero Refining Companies, Tom has developed a solid foundation in the industry. Academically, Tom obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University and continued studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
