Aaron Rogers is currently serving as a Field Supervisor at Richard since November 2023. Previously, Aaron held the position of Quality Representative at Alliance Industrial Group, LLC from May 2023 to May 2024 and worked as a Field Supervisor at Primoris Services Corporation for a brief period in late 2022. Aaron's experience also includes roles in Quality Assurance and Quality Control at Apache Industrial Services and BrandSafway, as well as project management and estimation at Steel Painters Inc. and Apache Industrial Services. Aaron's career began at Brock Group as an Apprentice/Journeyman, where skills were developed over nearly five years. Aaron graduated from Port Neches-Groves High School in 2012 with a diploma in General Studies.
