Steve Chattell is currently the Chief People Officer at Richard Huish College since September 2020. Prior to that, Steve held various key roles at Yeovil College from August 2008 to September 2020, including Vice Principal - Curriculum & Quality, Director of Human Resources & Curriculum, Director of Staff & Student Experience, and Head of HR. Before their tenure at Yeovil College, Steve worked at Sainsbury's from September 1994 to July 2008, where Steve served as the HR and Training Manager. Steve obtained their BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Brighton in 1996.
