Steve Hersman has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Steve most recently worked as the Vice President of Global Sales at Rice Lake Weighing Systems since April 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Business Development Manager at Polaris Industries from November 2013 to April 2018. Steve also held the position of VP of Marketing at Primordial from November 2009 to April 2018. In earlier roles, they served as the Director of International Sales at Meggitt Training Systems from 2003 to 2009, and as the VP of Sales at Nexcom Telecommunications LLC from 2000 to 2003. Steve has also held positions such as International Sales Manager at Midwest Industrial Coatings, Sales Manager for Asia at Anagram International, and Assistant General Manager at Triple J Enterprises - Saipan.

Steve Hersman completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
