Miguel Angel Alonso Rubio serves as the Head of Engineering & Technology at RIC Energy since June 2023. From March 2008 to September 2022, Miguel held the position of Director General de Acciona Energia Mexico, acting as CEO for the Central America & Caribbean region and focusing on growth through mergers and acquisitions while strengthening institutional relationships for sustainability. Previously, Miguel was the CTO and Technical Director at ACCIONA Energía, overseeing engineering, construction, and budget control, and led the construction of wind farms and photovoltaic plants. Miguel's career began at Azkoyen Vending Systems as a Product Engineer in R&D and was a founding member of OT66, working on industrial projects. Miguel holds a Diploma in Senior Management from IPADE Business School and a Master's in Marketing and Commercial Management from Universidad Pública de Navarra.
