Tom Harris is a seasoned software process engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance, Agile transformation, and education. Currently with Ribbon Communications since March 2020, Tom focuses on optimizing organizational effectiveness through process improvement and security practices. Previously, Tom served in various roles at Talk About Quality, ECI Telecom, IASA, INEX TECH, and Cisco, contributing to significant advancements in software quality and team performance. Notable achievements include leading Agile coaching for large development teams, implementing industry-standard processes, mentoring students in computer science, and fostering technical support and process improvements at multiple organizations. Tom's academic background includes a B.S. in Engineering from Swarthmore College.
