Tareq Baidas has a work experience spanning over a decade. Tareq has worked at various companies in different roles.

Starting from 2010, Tareq worked as a Core Network Engineer at Huawei until October 2011. Tareq then joined Awal IT Services as a Core Project Coordinator from November 2011 to November 2014.

In November 2014, they returned to Huawei as a Project Manager. During their time there, they successfully managed a 35M SAR/year operation/maintenance project for Saudi Telecom, exceeding customer satisfaction and network availability targets. Tareq also led a 190M SAR project for the Saudi Telecom Company, where they established committees and PMI templates and served as the main technical resource for the client.

Tareq's most recent position is at Ribbon Communications, where they have been working as a Project Manager since July 2021. In this role, they use best practices to oversee wholesale projects and ensures compliance with specific customer requirements. Tareq has successfully delivered international gateways, core solutions, and other projects within strict timeframes and budget constraints. Additionally, they have identified an opportunity to decrease average project budget variance. Tareq also acts as the main point of contact with senior leaders and effectively resolves complex problems.

Tareq Baidas pursued their education at Applied Science University from 2002 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
