Sasidhar Reddy's work experience includes serving as a Verification Engineering Lead Analyst at Ribbon Communications since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Network Engineer at Capgemini Engineering from January 2020 to March 2022, where they were responsible for commissioning and testing Ciena 6500 and Waveserver equipment, resolving configuration issues, and performing software upgrades and downgrades. Before that, Sasidhar worked as an Executive at Bharti Airtel Ltd from May 2016 to December 2019, and as an Associate Engineer at Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) from May 2014 to May 2016.

Sasidhar Reddy completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Sri Krishnaveni Talent School from 2006 to 2008 for their High School education.
