Michael Liu has a diverse work experience in project management within the telecommunications industry. Michael started their career as a Switch Engineer and Project Manager at Rogers Wireless, where they were responsible for network implementations, switch engineering, and managing projects related to power, HVAC, and building automation systems. Michael then joined Bell as a Project Manager, leading data center builds and telecom power projects. Michael'srole involved developing power requirements, managing contractors and suppliers, and ensuring successful project delivery. Later, they joined TELUS as a Project Manager, overseeing fiber transport build projects for the company's transport backbone network. Michael was responsible for project planning, monitoring implementation, budgeting, and managing stakeholder expectations. Currently, they work at Ribbon Communications as a Project Manager, handling VOIP/Telecom system integration and network migration projects. Michael manages project budgets, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures the successful completion of project milestones.

Michael Liu has a Master's degree in Digital Telecom Networks and Computer Networks from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Michael also holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio Engineering from Xian Electronics Technology University. In addition, they have obtained a SCRUM Master certification from The Knowledge Academy in July 2016.
