Stephanie Mazza is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and property operations. Currently serving as Director of the Real Estate Group at Rialto Capital Advisors since March 2011, Stephanie has held key positions in several companies, including COO at Blue Marble Development and Associate in Asset Management at Odyssey Real Estate Capital. Earlier career roles included Acquisitions Associate/Staff Accountant at Centra Properties and Property Manager at Executive Affiliates. Stephanie's foundational experience began as a Corporate Property Accountant/Project Accountant at WALTON COMMUNITIES, LLC, and as a Property Administrator at Jones Lang LaSalle. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
