Cecilia Loughlin currently serves as Vice President at Rialto Capital, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Cecilia held multiple positions at Cadre, including Vice President of Asset Management and Asset Management Associate, from February 2022 to December 2024. Earlier career experiences include working as a U.S. Real Estate Associate at The Carlyle Group from November 2018 to February 2022, and as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Deutsche Bank from July 2016 to November 2018, where Cecilia began as a Summer Analyst in 2015. Additional experience includes an internship at PennCap Properties PA and a research internship at Morning Tears VZW. Cecilia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Notre Dame in 2016.
