Abby Harman is a seasoned professional in private equity investor relations and fundraising, currently serving as a Capital Formation Senior Associate at Rialto Capital since April 2024. Prior to this role, Abby worked as an Investor Relations Senior Associate at Sun Capital Partners, Inc. from January to December 2023 and as an Investor Relations Associate at Clayton Dubilier & Rice from September 2020 to December 2022. Abby's career began at Blackstone, where roles included Associate in Real Estate Debt Strategies and Analyst in Real Estate from June 2016 to August 2020. Additional experience includes a Summer Analyst position at The Blackstone Group and internships at Prospect Capital Management, UBS, and Batyr & Co, CPAs. Abby holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Accounting and Finance with an International Business concentration from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, complemented by a High School Diploma from the Academy of Allied Health and Science.
