Marcio Pais is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Infrastructure Manager at Lojas Riachuelo since October 2020. Responsibilities include providing technical support for corporate building users and distribution centers across Brazil, as well as managing asset oversight and the launch of new stores, including Carter's and FanLab locations. Prior to this, from September 1999 to October 2020, Marcio held the role of IT Support Coordinator at Santander Tecnología, where the focus was on overseeing technical support operations, ensuring 24/7 functionality for workstations within the group. Marcio holds a postgraduate MBA in Information Technology from FIAP, completed between January 2017 and April 2018.
