Jeferson Miranda is an experienced logistics and product management professional, currently serving as Product Manager Especialista II at Riachuelo since June 2022. With extensive expertise in integrated systems implementation (ERP and WMS), process improvement, and logistics consulting, Jeferson has held key roles in various companies, including C&A Brasil and Duratex, where responsibilities included project management, stakeholder communication, and process restructuring. As a Sócio-proprietário at IMPROVEMENT - Soluções Logísticas, Jeferson has been involved in diverse sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, and e-commerce. Jeferson holds an MBA in Executive International Business from Ohio University and an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from FGV, alongside a degree in Pharmacy from USF.
