Gerusa Germano is a seasoned Group Product Manager with extensive experience in product development and management across various industries. Currently at Lojas Riachuelo since May 2022, Gerusa leads a team of Product Managers focused on enhancing retail systems and improving customer experience. Previous roles include Product Manager at Facily, where Gerusa was responsible for app development, and at VR Beneficios, overseeing the evolution of payment accounts and prepaid cards. Gerusa also held significant positions at PagSeguro PagBank, Grupo ZAP, and earlier in career roles in programming and education. Gerusa holds an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FIAP and dual bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics with an emphasis on Computer Science from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
