Derek Collins is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the medical device and cardiac monitoring industries. Currently, Derek serves as the Regional Sales Director at RhythMedix, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Derek was the Midwest Area Sales Director at Medi-Lynx Cardiac Monitoring, LLC from April 2021 to September 2024 and spent several years at Medi-lynx in various Area Sales Manager roles. Derek's career also includes serving as an Account Executive at CardioNet, where responsibilities included Midwest Region Sales Training and membership on the Sales Advisory Council, as well as roles at Medtronic as a CRDM and EP Systems Sales Representative. Earlier in the career, Derek worked as a Sales Representative at Cambridge Heart and as a Territory Manager for ZOLL Medical Corporation. Derek holds a BS in Marketing from Ball State University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
