Francine Esrig, an associate with RHR International, is a seasoned talent management consultant and executive coach. With more than 20 years of experience as an internal HR and talent executive, she understands firsthand the challenges her clients face.
Francine’s consulting work focuses on both organizations and individual leaders. For organizations, she provides talent-related thought leadership, strategic advisement, and hands-on support for all phases of the employee experience (e.g., hiring, onboarding, developing, advancing). On the macro level, she helps organizations transform, drive and measure change, and build and reinforce their desired culture.
As an executive coach, she partners with executives, leaders, and high-potential talent to address their unique development needs. She applies her assessment skills and vast leadership experience to help leaders effectively navigate business challenges and transition into new roles.
Francine’s client engagements have spanned industries and size, including Fortune 500, middle-market, and high-growth companies in financial and professional services, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and technology, to name a few. Her extensive external consulting and coaching experiences have built a proven track record of helping organizations and individual business leaders meet their organizational and professional objectives.
Francine earned her master’s degree and PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brandeis University. She is certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment and has completed a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace offered by the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
