Mark Smoothy has extensive experience in project management and product ownership within the IT and travel sectors. Currently serving as IT Change Programme Manager at RHP Group since May 2022, Mark has previously held key roles at HRG from August 2011 to May 2022, including Product Owner at hrgtec, and Product Specialist. Additionally, Mark worked at Fraedom as a Product Owner from January 2015 to May 2022 and began a career in the industry as a Business Travel Consultant at HRG from June 2000 to June 2003.
