Lenka Padysak is an experienced professional in the engineering and construction fields, currently serving as a BIM Technician at Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group since November 2021. Previously, Lenka worked as a Design Draftsman at Leviat from November 2017 to October 2021, and also held a role as a Personal Care Assistant with Active Assistance (UK) Group Ltd from 2016 to 2017. Lenka's earlier experience includes serving as a Structural Engineer for Timber Buildings from 2014 to 2016 and a Trainee Civil Engineer at A.G.C. Ostrava in 2014. Lenka holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, awarded in 2012.
