Michael Nowak is an accomplished business leader currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Redemption Plus since January 2021 and as a key figure at Rhode Island Novelty since November 2014. With a strong background in real estate, Michael co-founded the JRP Group, focusing on renovating distressed properties in Philadelphia's market, and was a partner at Algo Group Limited, specializing in residential redevelopment projects. Michael's experience includes significant roles such as Associate at Decision Strategies International, Inc. and a 2011 Corps Member with Teach for America. Michael is an active member of YPO and has served on the Love School of Business Board of Advisors at Elon University. Michael's academic credentials include a PLD24 from Harvard Business School and a B.S.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Elon University.
