Bruce Wilde has a diverse background in airport management, human resources, and facility management. Bruce started as the Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities Management at Morton Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. in 1999 and later became the Chief Human Resources Officer at the RI Airport Corporation in 2006. In 2010, they transitioned to roles within the Rhode Island Airport Corporation, serving as the Vice President of Terminal and Landside Services before moving on to become the Vice President of Operations and Maintenance.

Bruce Wilde obtained a BA in Psychology from Barrington College in 1968 and later completed their MBA in Management at Bryant University in 1979.
