Michał Załęcki has a diverse work experience in software engineering, starting from 2014. Michał started their career at Sas Design Interactive Agency as a JavaScript & PHP Developer from May 2014 to September 2014. In 2015, they worked at Monterail as a Ruby on Rails & JavaScript Developer, primarily focusing on the project sellektor.com. Later that year, they joined Contractbook as a Software Developer, where they were involved in the development of both front-end and back-end using React, Elixir, and Python. From 2015 to 2017, Michał worked at woumedia as a JavaScript Developer, creating front-ends in Angular and React, as well as assisting in improving the performance of single-page applications for external teams. Michał then joined Tooploox in 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer until 2020. Since 2020, they have been working at Hotjar as a Senior Software Engineer. Currently, Michał holds the position of Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead at Rho Business Banking starting from August 2021.

Michał Załęcki completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, with a duration from 2016 to 2019.
