Christina Luers, CRCM, is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Rho since January 2025, Christina previously held the position of Head of Compliance and BSA Officer at Mercantile from June 2021 to January 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance programs and reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors. Prior experience includes roles at PayPal as Sr. Manager of Internal Credit Controls and Compliance Manager for PayPal Working Capital, in addition to serving as Compliance Officer at Blispay. Christina's foundational career at PayPal also encompassed positions in quality assurance and business process analysis. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and is a graduate of the ABA National Compliance School.
