Luis Rivas Bustos is an experienced technology professional with a solid background in software development, IT support, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Java Software Developer and IT Support Manager for RHISCOM since October 2019, Luis also offers consulting services for microenterprises, specializing in ERP implementations and electronic invoicing. Prior roles include Pre-Sales Engineer and Junior Engineer at Azurian, where responsibilities ranged from technical support to generating proposals for corporate clients. Luis has also provided electronic invoicing support at E-CERTCHILE and worked as an IT support technician for various organizations, including the Municipalidad de Huechuraba. Luis holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Chile and has completed additional training in effective communication techniques.
