Barbara Loter, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at The Arc Rockland since January 2016, Barbara has also held positions such as Human Resources Generalist, HR Assistant, and Human Resources Consultant Volunteer within the same organization. Prior experience includes HR Coordinator Volunteer at Mentor's R Us, HR Specialist (seasonal) at Kohl's Department Stores, and Business Office Manager at Miller Music Studios. Additional roles involved human resources consultancy and leadership positions at Sears Holdings Corporation and Land's End. Barbara holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior-Human Resource Management from Baruch College and an MBA in Marketing from the School of Marketing Management and Foreign Languages.
