Jason Hamika, MBA, currently serves as a Buyer/Subcontract Administrator at Rheinmetall since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Program Buyer at ZF Group from May 2016 to March 2022, leading North American purchasing operations and implementing strategic initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings and timely launches of new vehicle programs across multiple continents. Additionally, Jason worked as a VA/VE Product Engineer in Braking at ZF Group, achieving notable BOM cost reductions through competitive sourcing and value engineering. Jason's early career includes roles as a Project Engineer at Community Engineering, a family-owned civil design firm, and a Design Engineer at Patrick Engineering, a nationwide engineering firm. Jason holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
