Justin Might is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Enterprise HR Director at Rheem Manufacturing since August 2024, Justin previously held the position of HR Director at Smurfit Westrock, overseeing HR operations for the Global Marketing function and the Food & Beverage Americas division. Prior experience includes significant roles at Kimberly-Clark, where Justin provided HR counsel across multiple functions, and PepsiCo, managing talent development and HR operations for large sales divisions. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College.
