Tze Qin Teo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and consulting sectors. Since July 2015, Tze Qin has served at RHB Banking Group, initially as Senior Manager and later as Assistant Vice President in Group Strategy & International Business, focusing on regional strategy formulation and driving profitability growth. Currently, Tze Qin leads Agile@Scale transformation initiatives as Head and Design Lead, successfully developing the Group's innovation framework. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Accenture, specializing in upstream oil and gas capital project management, and a summer analyst position at CIMB Investment, focusing on non-performing loans. Tze Qin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Economic History from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
